Product Features:
Kexian Series 70 cemented carbide milling cutters are specially designed for machining ultra-high hardness materials (HRC≤70). Using nano-coating technology, they achieve dual breakthroughs in high-temperature resistance and wear resistance. The unequal pitch helical groove design effectively suppresses resonance, and the large helix angle improves chip removal efficiency, ensuring both a cutting speed of 200m/min and extra-long service life when processing high-hardness die steel, quenched parts, and other materials. The tool body is formed by five-axis full grinding process, with a precision of ±0.002mm, capable of handling precision slotting, side milling, and contour machining in aerospace, automotive molds, and other fields. Compared with traditional tools, the efficiency is increased by more than 40%, and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.4μm.
