The shortage of young talent and skilled workers are key challenges of our time – the GrindingHub in Stuttgart as a meeting place for modern grinding technology is the ideal platform for providing clear impetus in the area of promoting young talent. The GRINDER OF THE YEAR is organized and carried out by the PR and content agency KSKOMM. The challenge is supported by top-class sponsors from the tool grinding process chain. Apprentices, journeymen and lateral entrants from the grinding sector were able to apply for the competition. The top five finalists will demonstrate their practical skills live at the GrindingHub in Stuttgart. Attractive prizes in the form of training vouchers with a total value of 7,000 euros are up for grabs.
