Kugel- und Rollenlagerwerk Leipzig GmbH is evolved from the company ”Deutsche Kugellagerfabrik GmbH” (DKF), which was founded in 1904. Today we are a globally successful company in the development and production of rolling bearings. Whether standard or special bearings, whether for original equipment or replacement - KRW always produces in the highest quality - made in Germany. We are now also achieving new spheres with an outer diameter of up to 2500 mm.

Based on our many years of experience, our technical know-how and state-of-the-art production technologies, our 270 employees realize more than 9000 different types of rolling bearings every year for the sectors rail and transportation, machine building and machine tools, raw material extraction and processing, rolling mill technology, industrial and large gearboxes, paper and plastics processing as well as the industry of offshore technologies.
Our special strength lies in the research and development work for application-optimized special bearings. In direct cooperation with the customer, technical possibilities are checked, coordinated and realized. In addition to project-related calculations, our engineering portfolio also includes FE analyzes, rolling bearing vibration analyzes in accordance with VDI 3832, as well as bearing reports and trials of rolling bearing components.
