An example: “Depanelling saws” for stress-free cutting of circuit boards in multiple production, and with highest precision; cutting widths as of 0.3 mm are achieved. Toothed tools are available with an ultrafine pitch of up to 1.4 mm.
Scoring tools:Initially, only single-layered boards could be scored effortlessly with solid carbide tools, but since then there have been major technological developments.
Today, glass fibres, ceramics and hybrid materials are being used; new production technologies made it possible for LACH DIAMANT to develop a line of high-performance PCD »DreboBlueCut«scoring saws with superior durability.
As usual, all LACH DIAMANT standard scoring saws, special models and saws with any desired edge geometry are immediately available or can be delivered on short notice.
