To complement the existing series S, M, and D of belt and disc skimmers, the series F has been developed.

The F series belt skimmer is available with a belt width of 40 mm (F40) and can be equipped with an individual band length to suit your specific application.

Please note that oil skimmers are most effective when the emulsion bath is virtually stagnant. To achieve an efficient skimming ratio of foreign oil to emulsion, it is advisable to maintain low belt immersion depths.

Calculating your required belt length is simple:
Belt length = 305 mm + 2 x H [mm]

where the immersion depth H corresponds to the distance from the bottom of the device to the bottom of the belt. Our durable belts are available in length increments of 50 mm.

Thanks to their geometry belts possess low stiffness in the winding direction. This characteristic enables the compact design with small pully diameters and a well-defined belt position, distinguishing them from hose skimmers.

The Lestol Emulsion Mixing Unit S-1502A by Lestoprex is characterized by the following features:

The standard package includes:

  • Mixing device
  • Hose fitting for water connection and ball valve
  • Threaded flange for barrel attachment
  • Suction hose with check valve and sieve
  • Emulsion outlet hose with pipe
  • Optional: Wall mounting bracket

Installation and Function:

The device can be directly screwed onto the barrel with the concentrate using a 2" socket or mounted on the wall using the optional bracket.

The coolant fluid, regardless of its base (mineral oil, semi-synthetic, or fully synthetic), exits the device in a completely homogeneous state.

The device operates based on the venturi injector principle, where the water flow pressure creates a vacuum. This causes the set amount of water-miscible coolant to be sucked in and optimally mixed with the water jet pump to form a stable and homogeneous emulsion.
