The Lestol Emulsion Mixing Unit S-1502A by Lestoprex is characterized by the following features:
The standard package includes:
Installation and Function:
The device can be directly screwed onto the barrel with the concentrate using a 2" socket or mounted on the wall using the optional bracket.
The coolant fluid, regardless of its base (mineral oil, semi-synthetic, or fully synthetic), exits the device in a completely homogeneous state.
The device operates based on the venturi injector principle, where the water flow pressure creates a vacuum. This causes the set amount of water-miscible coolant to be sucked in and optimally mixed with the water jet pump to form a stable and homogeneous emulsion.
