About LeverX GmbH
We started over 20 years ago as a company specializing in SAP solution implementation and customization.
LeverX Group unites two teams: LeverX and Emerline. Our primary mission is to deliver full-cycle technology consulting, development, and implementation services to businesses for their successful business transformation. LeverX's deep expertise is based on successful cooperation with SAP as a Preferred Vendor since 2004.
Talent acquisition topics become a key focus for being closer to existing customers and assisting new ones in solving their business issues and applying technologies. We run several initiatives to attract new team members and keep our current team in:
- set up the collaboration with local universities
- organize events and meetups
- equip our offices to organize comfortable and efficient working process
As our first and foremost aim is to increase the number of clients, the natural migration of employees between the offices is a necessity. Still, this tendency is dictated by business needs, like close proximity to clients, rather than relocation trends.
