Rip it up at EMO with the new Series 137V5R

Combining aggressive chip breaker geometry, through coolant and Fordlube coating, our new 5-flute Series 137V5R Roughers deliver exceptional metal removal and chip control on aluminium alloys with reduced power consumption.

One of several new tools we’re launching at EMO Hannover next week, the 137V5R’s geometry helps reduce cutting noise, compared to standard end mill types, while also improving stability in long reach applications and enabling them to be used in finishing applications by reducing the feed rate.

Available in 12mm and 16mm diameters with HA or HB Weldon shank options, the 137V5R range also includes 3xD and 5xD necked flute lengths.
