Oil separation, oil mist separation

The oil skimmer W40 with oil collector tube removes floating oil from other liquid media such as cooling lubricant. The oil sticks to the oil collector tube and is removed from the tube in the oil skimmer by ceramic scrapers. Solids and particles bound in the oil are also removed.

Due to the rotating movement of the oil collector tube, the surface of the tank is set in motion, as is the oil on it. Thus, even oil that is located in difficult to reach corners is driven to the oil collector tube and the entire tank surface becomes oil-free.

Since the oil collector tube can be made as long as necessary, it is possible to adapt each oil skimmer individually to the respective tank.
