Mitsubishi Electric finalizes strategic acquisition of KH-Automation

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) has finalized its acquisition of KH-Automation Projects GmbH, a subsidiary of Koop Holding Group. The parties completed the acquisition on 29th May 2013, with Mitsubishi Electric acquiring a 100% share of KH-Automation Projects GmbH, a long term strategic partner with over 50 years experience in industrial and process automation.
