MyXPert® VirtualCAM MCM „Multi-Channel-Mode“


Resources / CNC machines in direct production processes are optimally trimmed on processing times.
This requires an adequate tool to achieve the necessary improvements in the preparation and the programming.

The current MyXPert VirtualCAM MCM version includes new features for the programming of machining parts of modern turning / milling machines of various manufacturers, as for example Index, Doosan, Mazak, DMG, Nakamura, Okuma, Weiler, Traub, EMCO, etc.

With the virtual machine model, the cutting sequence is completely checked and coordinated, among other things by means of synchronization and waiting points. Direct editing operations are not only possible before and after, but also within a sequence of work
at every location. This option allows a very accurate fine-tuning in each CLDATA statement.

Should collisions or other errors occur in the course of the simulation, this can be corrected quickly and easily without machine collision. Thus, at the end of the process, the result is a tested NC file that can be used directly for the real turning / milling processing. Besides saving time, there will be no still costintensive programming errors or any repairs.

This economic profit is significantly achieved by using a virtual editing with MyXPert VirtualCAM MCM and thus even before the actual machining.
