Blind hole: Ø60mm; Depth: 50/100/150mm individually

Extension bar: 0-398032-300M16 (φ32mm x L300mm)
Insert: N9MX12T308-NC5072
Ø36mm M16 screw fit type helix drill is capable to drill the hole of 50mm to 70mm. While fitting into extension bar, the drilling depth can reach to 300mm, so it is no problem to drill deep holes as requested. Finally, the customer completed the Ø60mm blind holes of 50/100/150mm individual depth just by one NC Helix Drill which save a lot of tools and money.
In addition to the great performance, the customer also noticed spindle load is approximately 5% only, and there is almost no cutting noise and resistance during the process. It is due to small cutting load of serrated cutting edge, helical interpolation and low power consumption, NC Helix Drill help to reduce the vibration during machining to protect the machine spindle and eliminate the cutting noise and spindle load.
