The company was founded in September 2003 and the owners have remained the same since the first day. The company was formed due to an idea and the conviction of the existence of a vacant market niche: provision of support services to toolmakers, namely CNC machining of tooling plates.
ORO 3 CNC began its operations in leased premises with one CNC machining centre and two employees. In the past years of our business operations, we took advantage of the power of the demand for our services and expanded the machinery park to seven machining centres. Through our investment into the construction of production halls in IOC Neverke near Košana, we opened the way to manufacturing larger workpieces ranging up to a dimension of 2000mmx1500 mm and weight of 7500 kg.
In September 2009 we purchased the new 5-axis machining centre TOS KUŘIM with a turning table, providing a full range of CNC machining in our own production. The machine has a working range of 4000mmx1250mmx1400 mm for 3-axis machining and we can also provide 5-axis machining for plates with dimensions of up to 1600mmx1400mm.
In 2009 we obtained a quality certificate for our business operations, which we successfully update each year. Compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 international standard places responsibility on us and dictates the continuous improvement of our process and increasing the level of satisfaction of all parties involved.
