Shareholder background
An investment fund managed by HPS Investment Partners, LLC (HPS) acquired 100% of the shares in the former IKB Leasing Group in February 2018. The rebranding to PEAC Finance took place in June 2018.
HPS is one of the world's leading investment firms, managing an asset portfolio of over € 55 billion. The investors are almost exclusively institutional.
HPS actively supports the growth strategy of PEAC Finance.
