The JETPEP system from plasmotion makes it possible to polish, clean and deburr individual contours in a targeted manner. The dynamic robot arm enables unique plasma electrolytic metal removal exactly where finishing is required. Both the processing of large, complex components and the surface-accurate adjustment of roughness are no longer reserved for manual polishing, but can be fully automated.
MINIMUM ROUGHNESS
JETPEP achieves your target roughness of up to Ra 0.02 µm, while largely preserving the original geometry with minimal edge rounding. Through targeted process control, however, desired edge radii can also be set.
UNREACHED GLOSS
Our surfaces are also convincing in areas where &strength is required. Plasma polishing provides a higher gloss than electropolishing, and allows for a uniform finish on par with hand polishing.

Without significant thermal or mechanical influences, you can achieve your desired surface finish in about 20 to 200 seconds, even on complex workpieces.
