Description
PL711 is a compact coating unit with a PA3D module that generates a high plasma focus in the carousel. It is equipped with two planar HiPIMS cathodes. Selected nitride coatings as well as carbon-based coatings (WC/C, DLC2and DLC3) are available in a highly productive process. Coatings from the PL711 provide outstandingly smooth surfaces with high density, hardness, and excellent adhesion.
