This year we exhibit the two smallest machines of our RX model range, the REIDEN RX10 and the REIDEN RX12. The latter will be shown for the first time at the EMO exhibition. So if you don‘t know our dynamic super hero yet, it is time to visit our booth B53 in hall 13 of the EMO 2017 at Hanover. Between 18^th and 23^rd September 2017 you have the opportunity to admire our latest development at close range at a trade fair.

Power Skiving

The skiving of internal or external toothing is the fast and higly productive alternative to conventional slotting and broaching. You can get to know this technology when looking at close range at our demonstration work piece in the RX12. Our experts will be pleased to explain to you the details and advantages of this technology.

Heidenhain Connected Machine

„Connected Machining – live“ will illustrate the possibilities and advantages of a digitally networked and paperless production to you. For this, the machine is equipped with a compact and easily accessible IT infrastructure (IPC, router, software).

The machine operator can thus deal with the current needs and solutions connected with paperless production, and disclose potentials for optimization and costs saving. This representation imparts the technical competence permitting to control important components of networked production and to offer them as needed to customers. For this, we apply the „Connected Machining“ solution package by HEIDENHAIN. „Connected Machining“ can already today easily be integrated into the production and demonstrates how productivity can easily be increased by making use of:
·    simple use of data
·    time saving workflows
·    transparent processes.
