Finish Cell - Standard robot burring cell for high-tech finish machining of work pieces

The compact robot system has a FANUC M16i industrial robot and a grabber that removes the work pieces to be burred from a defined position. The entire system is mounted onto a single base frame, which includes the required base plates, and can thus be transported with a fork-lift truck. As well as an admitting station, the burring cell incorporates the relevant burring tools for the work pieces being burred and all required safety and control elements. Variants: The range is rounded off by a large variety of enhancements to enable you to model your personal burring cell in line with your own requirements. Burring test: As a general rule, a burring test must be carried out before an order is placed in order to determine the correct choice of tool.
