Description

The RUF-Maschines are designed for throughput rates between 40 and 350 kg/hr. Depending on the need, our briquette presses for sludge are equipped with hydraulic motors between 4 and 22 kW. They will achieve a specific pressure of up to 3,800 kg/cm².

The Advantages of Ruf Briquetting Systems:

  • Recycling of expensive cooling lubricants
  • Significant reduction of volume and weight of the materials through making briquettes, so that disposal costs will be reduced
  • Briquettes with defined remaining moisture
  • Potential profits from the sale of briquettes
  • Sludge briquettes are not classified as hazardous waste
  • Storage without dripping containers and the development of bacteria
  • No danger to the water supply and soil from cooling lubricant runoff
