Safop started its activity in 1923 with the construction of small machine tools.

In more than ninety years of experience, our productive activity has radically changed. Great attention in the design phase and financial commitment for Research & Development have allowed us to achieve a high level of specialization in the production of machine tools, technically advanced and highly customizable, according to the needs of the customer.

Thanks to an extensive commercial organization, the machines we produce are used, in the international market, in various industrial sectors, including: energy, steel, paper, oil, aeronautics, naval, rail and heavy industry.

From 2007 Safop plant's is located in Pordenone, with an area of 24,000 sq. mt., of which 8,300 are indoors.
