Shiballoy has introduced a range of Radius milling cutters made from premium grades of Tungsten Carbide for milling a R2 / R3 / R4 / R6 / R8 mm convex radius on edges.
These multi flute cutters will mill a smooth, radiused / rounded edge, making it suitable for applications in steels and stainless steel materials. Compared to other tools used for such applications, these cutters feature longer tool life, cooler cutting, smoother part finish, and dimensional accuracy in the process because of a AlTiSiN coating. This coating has proven benefits for machining hardened steels, stainless steels and high temperature alloys.
