Shiballoy has introduced a range of Chamferingand Bevelling cutters made from premium grades of Tungsten Carbide for milling a 30 and 45 degree bevel / chamfer.
These multi flute cutters will mill a smooth, chatterfree bevel edge, making it suitable for chamfering, countersinking, bevelling applications in steels and stainless steel materials. The resultant chamfer / bevel has good dimensional accuracy. Compared to other tools used for such applications, these cutters feature longer tool life, cooler cutting, smoother part finish, and dimensional accuracy in the process because of a AlTiSiN coating. This coating has proven benefits for machining hardened steels, stainless steels and high temperature alloys.
