ALUMA NF CUT CARBIDE BURRS
Softer materials like Aluminum require a specific cut for fast and efficient deburring.
Manufactured from premium grade tungsten carbide on precision CNC Tool Grinding Machines, Shiballoy Aluma / NF Cut features a precision ground polished flute with a relief on the cutting edge.
These tools shear the workpiece material and remove large chips, which easily flow off the cutting edge, without clogging the flutes. The work piece has a fine finish without chatter marks. Double cut burrs provide better control to the operator, reduce vibration while cutting and remove large amounts of material efficiently.
We routinely test cutting / deburring performance of our tools on your material for design improvement. Shiballoy carbide burrs are 100% braze tested to ensure safe and trouble free operation.

STEEL CUT Carbide Bur Range for high MRR
Many applications require a Very High Level of Material Removal especially in steels and cast steels.
Shiballoy has developed a special cut – STEEL CUT. This tool is like a hand held milling cutter rather than a bur. The tool has a coarser cut with a precision relief ground on the cutting edge. As a result, the tool is able to take a more aggressive cut without any vibration or chatter.
Steel Cut is finding wider industry acceptance with major turbine, pump, impeller manufacturers specifying this type of bur in their application.
