About us

SSV Software Systems GmbH was founded in Hanover in 1981 as a development service provider for microprocessor applications in logistics and automation.
and automation. Since the early 1990s, SSV has been developing, producing and marketing its own microcomputer modules (embedded systems), hardware assemblies and systems for industrial use. The application focus is in the area of industrial M2M and IoT communication. Together with special software, the systems are mainly used in the field of industrial and process automation for demanding communication tasks.

From our base in Hanover, Germany, we serve a global customer base in various market segments. In doing so, we pursue the goal of making machines and processes a considerable bit more intelligent.

Our team consists of highly qualified engineers, technicians and business people, so that we can solve very complex tasks in the field of industrial communication technology individually, effectively and efficiently. From simple sensor data fieldbus couplers, to LTE-based cloud gateways for the Internet of Things, to complete cyber-physical systems.

We have field-proven and mature solution modules as well as a development process to develop an optimal solution with high user benefits and a competitive price/performance ratio according to your requirements.

One of our latest developments is a product family for "fully data-based embedded systems functions". Here, both the hardware CAD data and source codes for the operating system and firmware are transferred to the user to enable "Deeply-Embedded-Integration" into the own assembly.
