FEATURES OF DMSW SERIES APPLICABILITY The complex arc-shaped cutting edge creates optimal cutting angles according to the axial depths of cut, such as maximum 3.5mm/t ultra-high-feed machining in small depths of cut applications, and large depths of cut machining in low-feed applications of maximum 3mm. STABILITY 75-degree lead angle controls cutting force in the back force direction, ensuring stable machining without chattering even with long projection applications. SURFACE QUALITY The wiper effect of the complex arc-shaped cutting edge prevents severe deterioration of the machined surface finish. Even at high feed rates of 2,0 mm/t or more, a satisfactory finised surface can be attained.
