PLASMA SYSTEMS
At Tekna, we manufacture turnkey plasma systems to develop and produce powders designed to meet all of the requirements from our customers.
All of our equipment is designed and manufactured in our plants. We strictly control each stage. To meet the specific needs of your business, our plasma systems are produced in power ranges from 15 kW to several hundred kWs.
All of our systems are designed to perform with the utmost precision as well; spheroidization, purification, nanopowder synthesis or thermal spray of any type of advanced material.
ADVANCED MATERIALS
We produce advanced material powders that meet the most demanding criteria in industrial quantities. Our nanopowders have controlled particle sizes and specific compositions. Our micrometric powders are highly pure and perfectly spherical, ensuring they have high density and high flow rate.
