With the patented SFFS straightening technology [Shear-Force-Free-Straightening] the required process forces are introduced exclusively via the material ends. This means that, among other things, finished products can be straightened without straightening marks on the surface. It is essential that residual stress in the material is reduced as a result of the shear force free straightening technology.

The straightening process is applicable for the following materials:
- Metallic bars, tubes and hollow profiles with rotation symmetric or almost rotation symmetric cross-section
- Finished- and semi-finished products as well as raw materials
