TM/TG(H) Hob Cutter Resharpening Machine

The gear hob resharpening machine adopts a three-axis servo + one rotary axis mechanical design, suitable

for resharpening various types of gear hob cutters. It features a high-rigidity structure and high-precision

linear guideways to ensure cutting quality. It can achieve AA-grade resharpening precision.

Equipped with a Mitsubishi CNC controller and a human-machine interface developed interdependently, the intuitive interface allows the operator to easily pram and operate. This enables automatic grinding after

tool parameters are input, improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost for hob resharpening.

The shaper cutter resharpening machine adoots a three-axis senvo + one rotary axis mechanical structure, suitable for gear shaping cutter, spiral gear shaping cutter and spiral bevel gear cutter.

Featuring high rigidity, high precision, and CCD system for real-time positioning feedback, it ensures small deviation in resharpening, high-efficiency machining, and AA-level precision.

Equipped with Mitsubishi CNC controller and a user-friendly interface, the operator can quickly input tool parameters and begin resharpening through automated NC programs. This reduces manpower and increases production efficiency.
