PTG-32 CNC Punch Grinder

PTG-32 CNC Punch Grinder adopts Delta OPEN CNC controller and is equipped with TOPWORK's self-designed PUNCH SMART software. Through the dialog operation interface in the software, it can meet client's diversified needs for production.

During the process of grinding, PTG-32 is able to have the function of dressing the wheels, detecting the diameters, positioning, and doing automatic compensation. Automatic loading and unloading system can be additionally purchased to improve productive efficiency and reduce labor demand.

PUNCH SMART grinding CAD software, which is built-in 7 common modules for the punch industry. then, you can generate more figures by changing the number of sides. The dialog operation interface only needs to input various parameters with different icons. In addition, a custom template is built, and users can draw a needed grinding shape by themselves.

The CAM function automatically generates the grinding path according to the grinding figure and parameters, which performs grinding wheel dressing and grinding path simulation, then uploads the NC program to the controller for actual production.
