Power-to-X for Applications - your P2X network
Practical conference on Power-to-X enters its 3rd round
"The hydrogen economy is finally picking up speed - but there are still a lot of small and large obstacles that need to be cleared out of the way. We want to contribute to this with our practical conference, which focuses specifically on technical aspects." This is how Peter Müller-Baum, Managing Director of VDMA Power-to-X for Applications, outlines the task of the "From Production to Application: The #P2X Conference".
The second edition of the conference brought together experts along the value chain over two days in Frankfurt. "During the planning of the conference, it became clear that, in addition to the political issues surrounding hydrogen and Power-to-X, there is another major area that urgently requires attention. P2X technology is continuing to develop in practice and the market is taking shape. That's why it's important right now for experts to network. Our conference is intended to provide a forum for this," explains Müller-Baum. Accordingly, the agenda for the two days of the conference included around 40 presentations on practical and technical challenges from hydrogen production to transportation and application, as well as an exchange of ideas, discussions and networking. The participants enjoyed the opportunity to network and discuss technical details outside of the program, in other words to get "nerdy", just as the two moderators Sebastian Hillebrand and Prof. Michael Sterner had suggested.
Next year, the conference will take place again in Frankfurt on November 26 and 27, when the topic of storage will be added.
