VERICUT 9.4 – Teil II: CGTech aktiviert mit neue VERICUT Version frische Effizienz-Potenziale an neuralgischen Punkten der Wertschöpfungskette

On board: HSS-Fräser, Keramikfräser, Kordelfräser

CGTech wird pünktlich zur EMO in Hannover (Halle 9/Stand B24) eine 100% praxistaugliche VERICUT Version 9.4 vorstellen, die fertigenden Unternehmen unter dem Motto „Get connected“ spannende neue Möglichkeiten bietet.

Verbesserte Werkzeugdaten

Die VERICUT Standard Werkzeugdaten wurden um HSS- und Keramikfräser sowie Kordelfräser erweitert. Mit nur einem Mausklick liefert die Funktion " Standard-Werkzeugdaten verwenden" Industriestandard-Schnittdaten für alle Fräser (oder Schneiden), die die Materialdatensätze von VERICUT verwenden können. Die Standard-Werkzeugdaten sind spezifisch für Größe und Verwendung des jeweiligen Werkzeuges.

  • Zugriff auf Schnittdaten von bekannten Werkzeugherstellern für eine Vielzahl von Werkzeugtypen und die Bearbeitung der gängigsten Bauteilmaterialien
  • Überprüfung, ob die Werkzeuge innerhalb der zulässigen Bereiche verwendet werden.
  • Einfache Anpassung der Werkzeugdaten, wie z. B. der Schnittgrenzen und anderer Werte, an die individuellen Bearbeitungswünsche

Neue VERICUT Update-Funktion

Ab VERICUT 9.4 kann direkt in der Benutzeroberfläche nach einer neuen Version bzw. einem Update der aktuellen Version gesucht werden. Alternativ kann VERICUT auch so eingestellt werden, dass beim Start von VERICUT automatisch nach einem Update gesucht wird. Das Update muss aber manuell installiert und bestätigt werden.
