Dr. Jeffrey Badger - who is well known as “The Grinding Doc” - has initiated and organized the Carbide Master-Grinder Clinic that will take place in Biberach on October, 14-16, 2015. The attendees of the three-day clinic will gain profound knowledge and tools to make significant improvements to their grinding operations. The course will be held at the Technology and Training Centre (TDZ) of VOLLMER in Biberach, Germany.
What is a Carbide Master-Grinding Clinic?
The Carbide Master-Grinding Clinic is a three-day clinic on grinding of tungsten-carbide. It is aimed at those who already have at least some experience in grinding and want to obtain an in-depth understanding of production grinding of tungsten-carbide. The clinic will be held in English.

Dr. Jeffrey Badger is an expert in the industrial process of precision grinding. He works independently as a consultant, troubleshooting grinding problems and helping companies around the world improve their grinding operations. He is also renowned for his straightforward, practical grinding courses and his products that make grinding more efficient.
Where does the clinic take place?
The Carbide Master-Grinding Clinic is held at VOLLMER in Biberach, Germany. The Technology and Training Centre (TDZ) of VOLLMER regularly opens its doors for training courses, seminars, test machining and customer events. In a space of 3,000 square metres, the TDZ offers space for around 30 grinding and eroding machines.
