Two questions to Thorsten Steinle
Thorsten Steinle took over the new position as Head of Service at WALDRICH COBURG Services GmbH on January 1st.
Thorsten Steinle is 51 years old and lives in Oberzent/Hessen. After finishing school, he studied economics in Heidelberg. The graduate economist has almost 20 years of internationally proven strategic and operational business competence with a focus on sales, service and after-market. Before joining WALDRICH COBURG Services GmbH, he worked for the intralogistics manufacturer Interroll and the machine tool manufacturer DMG MORI in Bielefeld. From 1999 to 2013, Thorsten Steinle held a leading position at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, most recently as Sales Director Service & Parts Eastern Europe for Heidelberger Druckmaschinen Osteuropa Vertriebs GmbH in Vienna. In the future, the main focus will be on designing the new concept for further profitable growth of our service business.

What are you looking forward to in your new job?
Together with my motivated team, I am looking forward to being the first point of contact for our customers. No matter whether our customers are interested in modernization, repair or preventive services such as service contracts, we want and will always support our customers in partnership - throughout the entire life cycle of their machine.
What goal have you set yourself for the next couple of months?
To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, we will define and implement a package of measures in the coming months. Highest customer satisfaction is our motivation and therefore we will not only review the service organisation but also all processes and if necessary adapt them to achieve this goal sustainably.
