A sophisticated vacuum supply, integrated in the housing of the base, ensures permanent "suction" on the spot without any external power lines, and enables lightning quick fixation. Due to two different types of special seal, applications are possible not only on slightly curved and textured surfaces but also for vertical surfaces
The Vacuum Base can even be used for "overhead" operations provided the clamping surface is suitable and if necessary an additional cable strop is mounted.
Under optimal conditions, a holding force of approximately 4500N is achieved and once attained the vacuum level is constantly tracked by a pressure switch.
All controls are clearly placed on the front panel and consist of an on/off switch, monitoring lights for battery charge status, a manometer for permanent vacuum check, a ventilation button for the release process and a socket for charging the batteries.
