XEBEC Brush uses a unique abrasive ceramic fiber material instead of abrasive grain.
Each bristle consists of approximately 1,000 ceramic fibers that act as cutting edges and retain their sharpness for the life of the brush. These brushes enable deburring and polishing to be carried out in the same CNC machine tool immediately after milling and machining operations. They are available in a variety of different shapes, sizes, and grain size. They are used in a wide range of applications where a shorter cycle time, higher quality, and cost reduction is required.
