decomposed from the cooling liquid or cu?ing oil. It can convey the swarfs of work-tool steel, aluminium and similar
composites. It can also convey the swarfs of plastic materials like teflon and delrin. The belts which are used for the tansfer
of swarfs are made of impact and corrosion resistant steel shaped in a specific geometry. The power supply might be

Magnetic conveyors are mainly preferred for transfering the granulated and crump chips of CNC machines and also transfering both finished and waste products created by the moulds of pressing machines. Magnets do not contact with the product and chips. Thus, both belts and the transfered products have no risk of any damage related magnetization.It is not recommended for the products which are heavy, dimensionally large and high in quantity. Power supply can be wired either via outer line or by the energy unit of the connected machine. It can be controlled either by the panel of integrated machine or by a switch or a panel on machine itself. Magnetic conveyors can be manufactured according to measures, angles or the capacity of the swarf desired by client. This machine does not require complex and frequent maintenance. Magnetic conveyors are longlasting machines.
