New MM-chip breaker for an efficient grooving operations

With the latest development of the MM-chip breaker, ZCC-Cutting Tools, the largest manufacturer for carbide tools in China, further expands its grooving insert program.

 A new type of design optimises the chip control, machinability and surface quality. This program includes a double edged insert with variants for 2 to 8 mm groove width. The improved carbide substrate is also combined with the new PVD coating series YB9320. Higher machining reliability, shorter processing time and lower production costs across a wide user range of applications is achieved.

 MM Chip breakers, another innovation by ZCC-Cutting Tools for the European cutting tool requirements.
