Our history

Zhaoschneider Messtechnik GmbH was founded in 1995 under the name ZSM Dr.-Ing. Zhao & Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik GmbH between Dr.-Ing. Zhengkang Zhao and Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik GmbH in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. The first step was to operate for Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik in Asia. In order to do so, the subsidiary company, ZSM Dr. Zhao & Dr. Schneider Measuring Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. was founded which has been operating successfully in Asia for 17 years now. Based on the experience made, ZSM Qingdao started developing its own product series fulfilling the specific requirements of Asian customers.

In September 2012, the shares of Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik were transferred to Dr. Zhao's daughter, Dr. Shulin Zhao. Since then, the mother company ZSM Germany is fully owned by the family Zhao and with the move to Bad Soden-Salmünster and a new company name, Zhaoschneider Messtechnik, a new and challenging chapter begins.

Our technology

Zhaoschneider Messtechnik is specialized on high precision and fast optical measurement of different workpieces. Our development mainly focuses on machine structure, measuring speed, measuring software and CNC control in order to provide fast and easy measuring operations.
Our philosphy

All products of ZSM group only serve one purpose: to fulfill the customer needs the best possible way. Therefore, it is our mission to provide the best customer advice before as well as after sales in order to be able to give our customers the best solution for their measuring task. We believe in intensive communication with our customers: Even before creating a quotation, we take our time to communicate as much as possible with them in order to identify the exact requirements and to fully understand the measuring task. Based on the findings, our engineers suggest the corresponding measuring solution or develop a specific machine for the customer. Providing test measurements is the best way to give our customers more insights in the technology of ZSM.
