At the General Meeting of AUMA - Association of the German Trade Fair Industry on 9 June 2020, new members were elected to the AUMA Board of Directors: Roland Bleinroth, Spokesman of the Board of Management of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, Wolfram N. Diener, Chairman designate of the Board of Management of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, Hans Peter Wollseifer, President of the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH), and Hans-Günter Trockels, Managing Director of Kuchenmeister GmbH, Soest, who was nominated by the Federation of German Food and Drink Industries (BVE). The meeting took place at Kap Europa – the Congress Centre of Messe Frankfurt.
Dr. Isabella-Afra Holst, Senior Vice President, Software AG, and Gerald Böse, Chairman of the Executive Board, Koelnmesse GmbH, were re-elected to the AUMA Board of Directors. Werner M. Dornscheidt (Messe Düsseldorf), Ulrich Kromer von Baerle (Messe Stuttgart) and Karl-Heinz Schneider (ZDH) left the Board.
AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, has 73 members, including 38 associations of the exhibiting and visiting industries as well as service companies and 35 exhibition organisers. The AUMA Board of Directors consists of 22 representatives of the members, one half representing the exhibition organisers, the other half representing the exhibitors and visitors from industry, trade and skilled crafts and trade.
