Recommendations on hygiene concepts and health protection for exhibitors at German trade fairs

Trade fairs offer a reliable platform for dialogue even in times of corona. The large and modern exhibition centres in Germany have optimum conditions for implementing the distance-, hygiene- and safety-concepts agreed by the exhibition companies with the responsible authorities. An overview of the organisers’ individual hygiene concepts can be found on www.auma.de. Trade fair organisers will be happy to advise exhibitors on questions regarding the preparations for their trade fair presentation. 

In addition to information from the trade fair organisers and the applicable regulations on health protection specific to the individual federal state AUMA would like to provide exhibitors with the recommendations in order to support any trade fair appearance during corona times.

The information displayed at www.auma.de is based on general data from the corona protection ordinances of the German federal states as well as on measures of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) regarding occupational health and safety during the corona crisis. In addition, they are based on recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

The recommendations include structural aspects as well as organisational and hygiene measures and will be updated, if necessary.
