AXILE is dedicated to advancing eco-friendly and sustainable machine tools. In this exhibition, we will showcase our newly developed intelligent 5-axis machines: DC4i, and advanced 5-axis machine, G6i. These machines have green and sustainable intelligent functions and provide digitalized intelligent automation solutions -ART™.
Introducing the DC4, AXILE's latest 5-axis masterpiece featuring a 400 mm table size and a machine structure that seamlessly blends speed, rigidity, and precision. Its innovative double column design, comparable to a bridge-type construction, allows the table assembly to smoothly traverse along the X-axis.
To meet the global Net-Zero emissions target by 2050, AXILE machinery designs committed to the ISO 14955 standard, providing energy-efficient that meet customer demands for environmental protection and sustainable development.
AXILE prioritizes customer needs. Through the integration of software and hardware technologies, AXILE assists customers in achieving innovation in product design for intelligence and low carbon footprint. This extends to the intelligent utilization of production and operations on the factory side to achieve carbon reduction, while also considering future strategic positioning.
AXILE provides solutions for smart manufacturing - automated pallet changer system. This allows users to choose suitable pallets according to their specific processing needs, and two automatic exchange pallets can be configured at the rear of the machine.
Through this automation solution, the machine can achieve continuous processing around the clock, in 24/7. Even while the machine is in operation, the operator can still carry out loading and unloading as well as inspect workpieces.
AXILE digital intelligent system- ART™ utilizes innovative digital technology for real-time monitoring and automatic control to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
In addition, its data acquisition and analysis platform enables real-time analysis and assessment of machine performance, allowing users to gain a deeper understanding of and improve machine operations, thereby enhancing efficiency.
