The T-type column moving horizontal boring and milling center accommodates loads ranging up to 20 tons. With rotary encoder, the rotary table offers 0.001° high indexing accuracy. Three axes are equipped with roller-type linear guideways and linear scales to provide rigidity and precision during heavy-duty cutting. T-type Series is designed to produce big parts for aerospace, energy and defense industries.
T-type series is equipped with ISO50 spindle taper, offers large quills to support heavy-duty cutting, ranging from Ø110 mm to Ø150 mm with 550 mm to 900 mm of travel. Both spindle and quill are driven by the servo motor. With two-step gear box, the machine can shift spindle speed to enhance cutting torque during heavy cutting. The spindle can be equipped with various spindle heads, including an angle milling head, a universal head, a spindle extension sleeve and a U-axis servo facing head.
T-type series offers C3-grade ballscrews on all axes to enable high accuracy and avoid deformation. Chip auger is standard equipment for easier chip collection. An optional automatic tool changer accepts max. tool weight of 25 kg with arm-type 40-, 60- or 120-tool magazine.
