Try CAMBAM for producing the G-code, CAMBAM also has some drafting capabilities including text, it's free to use for the first 30 starts
I dont know if anyone else took my drawings and made one, but it definitely needs some work on fastening placement etc, the bits I cut out at 1/4 scale all seemed to fit fine from memory
Guys sorry for the delay, I got busy and forgot, I'm not saying these are 100% correct drawings, I stopped on this project not long after cutting out the 1/4 scale version....

If you google it there are lots of recipes that vary slightly as well.
I just recently discovered how to make machinable wax instead of buying it, that might be of use for this type of project, and it's reusable!
