You guys took way better pictures of the big Haas machines than I did. My came out a bit blurry, but the main problem was that I couldn't fit the whole machine into the picture!

You could also get a 1/8" hex rotary broach, #306-127($49). This will give you sharp corners. Usually you need a broach holder, but it sounds like you could just push it in for a few pieces....

What size hex are your after? and what is the material of the shaft?

You could check out Slater's expanded line of Swiss Type Rotary Broaching Tool Holders, made to fit Citizen machines, if you still need them.

Are you looking for an exact 11/64 hex (.171")?
