Accurate and efficient inspection of Gears is essential also in combination with moderne high tech machine tools.

This is the case for soft (hobbed) and hardened gears (ground).

Short inspection cycles, easy operation and clear presentation of the measuring results are the basis for the economic use of inspection machines in the gear production. The variety of application programs allows to inspect the tools, worms, bevel gears but also shafts and 3D measurements.

The presentation shows the possibilities of the application programs but also the design of the Wenzel Gear- and 3D inspection machines

Heinrich Bruederle has a 10-year long experience as a sales engineer, specialized in gear metrology, with Wenzel Group. Throughout his entire career, after receiving a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from University of Karlsruhe, Germany, he has worked in the field of gear production and inspection
