We got this alarm last week when trying to home our Amada.

Alarm description in the manual says "Table origin limit switch is not properly working. (Contact Amada)"

It turned out to be the limit switch stuck. When you send any axis home, there is a movement in that axis in the (-) direction followed by the actual movement towards the home position. If the machine does not sense that the limit switch changes it´s state it sends this error. Actually thinking about it it must invlove both limit switches, the slow motion and the actual end switch.

In put machine these limit switches are labelled SQ25 (the one that actually failed) and SQ33 and they are placed along one of the guides where the table moves, near the "tail" of the machine.

For our own future reference and in case someone experiences the same issue.
