Tsugami BS 12 Keep relays where are they?

    Hi
First post here, been a lurker for a couple of years.
This forum is an awesome source of info so I thought I would post here.

I have a Tsugami BS 12 in the shop and I need to zero return the X1 axis
    due to dead battery.

Ive got the manual and have read multiple forums where the process is explained but I cant seem to find the "K00 keep relay", and the manual does
not tell me where to find the parameter.

    any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance
    Tim

On the 16iTB control its what he said^

On the 18iTB its System > PMC > PMCPRM > KEEPRL

Parameter write has to be on to change the bit to 1.
I had to use this on every axis due to my motherboard dying and noticed it will either find its home perfectly or it will be one rev of the ball screw off (.200 off). If you can still see the red marks I noticed it liked to be very close to the mark when you enable the "Home" mode. I think the manual says a quarter inch but I found it worked better if it was only .100 or so off the mark.

Once it finds its home jog it to its limits slowly. If it was one rev off it will crash the hard stop and error out with a 404 servo excess torque error. If it does that do it again. If you jog it slowly its no big deal if you were off.

    Good luck.
