I am working on a Hyundai that has a duplomatic bsa 200 turret and when the program was finished I took the turret away to turn the turret and it stopped halfway as if it had not locked. I can turn the revolver by hand, but it won't lock and can't be turned using the turn button. I got errors: -Turret motor overload -Turret not clamped -Turret thermal alarm from turret unit thanks in advance

I just saw this post so maybe you figured it out. Your turret did not clamp and you'll need to manually clamp it our use the procedure in the Duplomatic manual. The thermal overload alarm is bogus and will send you down the wrong street.
You can contact Macoser Inc in North Carolina to get manuals for that turret. ( I may have a PDF) The BSA 200 turrets seem to last about 4 years before they need to be rebuilt.
I have three of these lathese so I have learned to do it in house.
