Hi I am looking for someone who has the knowledge to help me in retro fit my mid-size lathe with a 6-8 station turret. It was sold with a 6 station Pragatti, and was talked out of purchasing it. Bad call. Now I would like to install one. I have a good on how to mount it and running the wires. The Siemens 808d should be able to take 8 tool turret. Just have to find out how to integrate the turret into the processor. Does someone know where to start.

We have used this HAK31 turret before, it has 6 position type and 8 position type, maybe it is suitable for you too.
