Research, development, and innovation imbue our entire organization and each one of our departments. It is not enough to improve products, we also continuously improve their adaptation to customers, our processes and the management of changes.

In order to bring some improvements forward, we sometimes need to cooperate too. For that reason, we work hand with had with AFM, Tecnalia, IK4-Tekniker and their Windbox initiative, Basque Energy Cluster, the Chamber of Commerce as well as several other institutions. The also help us improve our processes.

Education requests a special mention. Development and innovation begin with the formation of our youth. No innovation will be possible without them. Additionally, education once received must be updated and adapted to latest technologies and working methods. Intza is committed with two local technical training school.
